The first ever RAYLYST INSTALLER DAY 2024 is over and can be described as a success without exaggeration. This ground-breaking day welcomed our clients to the beautiful Loučín Castle, where they had the opportunity to experience a programme full of expert presentations and innovative ideas that are shaping the future of the photovoltaic industry. Thirteen speakers presented on four stages, with presentations in Czech, English, Italian and German. The whole programme thus underlined the importance of sharing knowledge locally and internationally.
Experts and professional insights
During the day, renowned experts in the field of photovoltaics gathered in one place. Among them were Jiří Bím from the Solar Association and Jan Fousek from the Association for Energy Storage (AKU-BAT CZ), who offered valuable insights into current trends and developments in the field. Representatives from Huawei-Paola Marchesani, Liesa Zhou and Marek Konečný-presented their latest innovations and reaffirmed their role as a leader in photovoltaic technology.
Government representatives also actively participated in the discussion. Ondřej Tomšej from the Ministry of Industry and Trade outlined the outlook for the near future, while Václav Kallus from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs highlighted the opportunities associated with the renewal of energy infrastructure in Ukraine – a topical and key issue in today’s geopolitical context.
Cybersecurity in the spotlight
Special emphasis was placed on cyber security, which is becoming an increasingly important topic in the photovoltaic industry. Michal Petřek, Head of Innovation at Raylyst, presented the Cybersecurity Academy-a pioneeringproject aimed at building trust in PV system components. This initiative provides support to installers and, most importantly, offers specialized training to ensure that the entire industry is prepared to meet the growing cybersecurity challenges.
