Hodonínský průmyslový areál Tabačka

Hodonínský průmyslový areál Tabáčka, bývalá tabáková továrna s historií přesahující 150 let, se nachází na strategické poloze mezi Brnem a Vídní.
Areál poskytuje zázemí 45 firmám, které využívají výrobní prostory, kanceláře a sklady. V současnosti se areál pyšní dalším výrazným ekologickým krokem – instalací unikátního bateriového úložiště.
Areál se potýká s rostoucí energetickou náročností, zejména kvůli výrobním provozům nájemců a logistickým operacím závislým na elektromobilech.
I přesto, díky kombinaci solární elektrárny s výkonem 1200 kWp, kogenerace a nově instalovaného bateriového úložiště, spotřebovává z 99 % pouze zelenou energii.
Ve spolupráci s instalační firmou jsme hledali optimální řešení energetických potřeb areálu v současnosti i příštích letech. Volba nakonec padla na unikátní kontejnerovou baterii s kapacitou 4 MWh a výkonem 2 MV. Instalace je zajímavá také tím, že zahrnuje několik základních komponentů, které jsou modulární a snadno vyměnitelné. Každý kontejner obsahuje 6 oddělených skříní s 21 bateriemi v každé z nich, což umožňuje snadnou údržbu a případnou výměnu poškozených částí.
Zvolené bateriové úložiště přináší několik klíčových výhod:
Instalaci a zprovoznění úložiště realizovala společnost PV Service plus. Energetický systém areálu je napojen do lokální distribuční soustavy, ale primárně se zaměřuje na sebezásobení. Součástí projektu je i nadřazený řídící systém, který je specificky vyvinutý pro potřeby areálu. Testovací provoz zahrnoval simulaci různých krizových situací, jako je nabíjení většího počtu elektromobilů a současný provoz výrobních zařízení.
Bateriové úložiště výrazně zlepšuje energetickou efektivitu areálu. Práce s energiemi je ale pro průmyslové areály stále důležitější nejen kvůli ceně energie – důvodem pro baterie je také riziko přetížení sítě a plnění podmínek ESG. Instalace v Tabačce slouží jako inspirace pro další podobně projekty díky svému poměru výkonu a velikosti.
Poptávka po výkonných bateriových úložištích v ČR roste a Hodonínský areál Tabačka může být inspirací pro ostatní firmy, které teprve hledají svoji cestu k udržitelnému provozu průmyslových areálů. Projekt demonstruje úspěšné využití moderních technologií a poskytuje inspiraci pro další firmy a investory hledající zelená řešení.

The Hodonín industrial complex Tabáčka, a former tobacco factory with a history of over 150 years, is located in a strategic position between Brno and Vienna.
The complex provides facilities for 45 companies that use production areas, offices and warehouses. Currently, the complex boasts another significant environmental step – the installation of a unique battery storage facility.
The site is struggling with increasing energy consumption, mainly due to the tenants’ manufacturing operations and logistics operations dependent on electric vehicles.
Even so, thanks to the combination of a 1200 kWp solar power plant, cogeneration and newly installed battery storage, it consumes 99% only green energy.
In cooperation with the installation company, we have been looking for the optimal solution to the energy needs of the site now and in the years to come. In the end, the choice fell on a unique container battery with a capacity of 4 MWh and an output of 2 MV. The installation is also interesting because it includes several basic components that are modular and easily replaceable. Each container contains 6 separate cabinets with 21 batteries in each, allowing for easy maintenance and eventual replacement of damaged parts.
There are several key benefits to the battery storage chosen:
The installation and commissioning of the storage was carried out by PV Service plus. The site’s energy system is connected to the local distribution system, but primarily focuses on self-supply. The project also includes a master control system specifically developed for the needs of the site. The test run involved simulating various crisis situations such as charging multiple electric vehicles and simultaneous operation of the production facilities.
Battery storage significantly improves the energy efficiency of the site. However, working with energy is increasingly important for industrial sites not only because of the cost of energy – the reason for batteries is also the risk of grid overload and meeting ESG conditions. The installation in Tabačka serves as an inspiration for other similar projects due to its power-to-size ratio.
The demand for efficient battery storage in the Czech Republic is growing and the Hodonín Tabačka site can be an inspiration for other companies that are still looking for their way to sustainable operation of industrial sites. The project demonstrates the successful use of modern technologies and provides inspiration for other companies and investors looking for green solutions.
