The end of the year is approaching, and we want to make it easier for you to plan your activities effectively. Here are key deadlines to help make sure everything runs smoothly during the final days of 2025 and into the start of 2026.

To guarantee your goods are dispatched within this calendar year, please place your final orders no later than December 12, 2025. After this date, we cannot guarantee that your order will be processed and shipped this year. (If you have specific requirements, please contact your Account Manager or email us at [email protected].)
From December 20, 2025, our logistics, sales, and support teams will be fully offline. Operations will resume on January 5, 2026. During this period, no orders will be processed or shipped, and standard support will not be available.
If you require any final documentation – including invoices or order confirmations – please reach out to your Account Manager or our Finance Department by December 19, 2025.
