Job description:
- preparation of offers according account manager requirements
- daily operative – freights, monitoring of all business, documentation flow – delivery notes, invoices, datasheets, certificates
- daily communication with the customers
- preparation of general contracts, notification letters for factoring and its flow
- working with documents – signed orders, notification letters
- communication with other internal departments – internal communication with logistic, marketing, financies, purchase department etc.
What we require:
- communicative knowledge of German language
- communicative knowledge of English language
- active knowledge of the MS Office package
- reliability, accuracy, loyalty, carefulness, analytical thinking
- excellent communicational and organizational skills
- ability to work in a team
- big advantage is experience in photovoltaic industry
